I have a 2018 Sea Ray 230 we bought used.  The clear coat had scratches all over the boat.  He took time and was very patient doing everything well.  The outcome was the scratchers are gone and the boat looks like it is new.  He works very hard to “get it right” and he does.  He receives my highest recommendation for work well done.

Scheduling was easy, communication was excellent (not something that happens often in South Carolina), and the outcome was superior. He spent almost an entire day on our 2018 Malibu and it was back to looking brand new. In fact, I was subsequently asked by another boater while out on the lake if this was a new boat. The price was actually less than the service I had done by another detailer 2 years earlier. The best part was the responsiveness and communication. They provided a quote and then committed to a service date several weeks out.  No changes! Very refreshing to have a service show up as scheduled.  Eric came to the dock to review the project then finished the service after I had left town. Will definitely use Upcountry Luxe next time.
